"User groups are product or community focused and each one is led by the product manager or community manager. Our goals are to make it easier for you to find the user group, or groups, that you want to participate in and for us to listen more closely to your needs and ideas. The user group program is about opening up more lines of communication. Most user groups are public and include inworld meetings, JIRA sections, and sometimes a Twitter feed, an SL Forum, or an SL email list. It's up to the user group lead and the core Resident team how they want to communicate with one another. The discussions will be open, direct, and focus more on your needs, new features, and be more forward-looking."
The amount of land for sale on this platform has never decreased over the years. However, most prices seem to be going up over time unless you really take time to search and find those rare parcels for a good amount. Protected land roads and water are obviously the best if you can find them for cheap and in the size, you can afford based on tier pricing.
This is a build I've put my soul into, and yet it's an old build, from the early years of SL, prim of course. It was a bad rez even though I tried for hours. Now, with 'prim drift' it's an every day chore to straighten out errent prim. I'm gonna replace her with a mesh build - but I'm gonna miss her. She's a real beauty for her age.

▬ SCRIPTS ▬ 86' Domino comes with an advanced system of scripts designed and developed specifically for this boat. This brings many advantages, such as higher manoeuvrability, better cross sim stability, lower resources hog (low lag) and tons of other details that will make your driving experience pleasant and realistic. Moreover, all scripts unnecessary for the navigation are disabled when the engine is running to reduce the use of resources to the minimum levels.
▬ MESHES ▬ Another unique feature of this boat is the large amount of objects to be able to interact with, like the kitchen's appliances, fully animated bathroom, the living room, the bedroom, the fully functioning TVs, and many others features that make the 86' Domino an habitable boat. Thanks to these features, you'll be able to live comfortably with your friends even when the boat is berthed.
▬ ANIMATIONS ▬ The boat is equipped with the latest generation of animations, the best and the most realistic ones of all SL. Special dynamic animations are played when the boat is moving. Animations are smartly managed through a server to avoid to duplicate them, thus allowing to lighten of the boat.
▬ SOUNDS ▬ To create a more realistic effect, all internal sounds of the boat have been sampled ad hoc for this boat (shower, doors, windows, and so on) as well as all the engine sounds, that are even 18 and change, according to the acceleration / deceleration and speediness.
▬ INTERACTIVITY ▬ A unique and exclusive feature of our boats is the easy and smart interactivity. In fact, by simply dragging the mouse over the objects of the boat, you can immediately see which objects can be clicked and on which objects you can sit.
